CMS Electric Cooperative Bylaws

CMS Electric Cooperative is a not-for-profit cooperative that is governed by the members it serves. A board of directors is elected to manage the co-op and ensure the cooperative delivers on its mission of providing safe and reliable electricity to members. The board of directors is guided by a set of bylaws which includes the articles of incorporation for the co-op and the principles and rules which regulate the co-op.
